Seahawks Team Parents

Preview of Game #3 (2/19/17)

Times and Location
- Pre-Game Practice: 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
- Game: 4:00 - 5:00 pm
- Game Location: High Velocity Sports, 46245 Michigan Ave, Canton, MI 48188
- Field Location: Dome Field #1
                        (Both practice and the game will be in the Dome area)

What to Bring:

- Required Items:
   - Team Jersey
      (we are the "home" team again this week, so wear your dark sides out)
   - Flag Belts
   - Mouth Guards
   - Shorts / pants without pockets

- Recommended:
    - Cleats
    - Water Bottles

Keys for this week's pre-game practice

- Correcting mishaps at the start of the offensive play:
   - Making sure all players are lined up "on sides"
    (Knowing what is the "line of scrimmage" and where it is on the field)
   - Watching for the snap before we move
   - Getting a clean exchange between the CTR and QB

- Defensive Pass Coverage
    - Making sure we drop back with the WR's into pass coverage,
      and stay in our "home" positions
    - Staying with the receiver in our "home" positions,
       but also watching the QB's eyes
    - Making a "play" for the ball when it is thrown,
       and snatching it from the intended receiver

Opponents
- Patriots (Coach Napier)

Post Game Snack Duty

- For this 3rd game, the Dudenhoefer family is on the schedule for
   the post game snacks
     - Remember to keeps the snacks "peanut free"

- If you haven't had a chance, and would like to bring in snacks for the team,

- We'll also plan for post season team party as well
(most important item of the season)
    - We'll send out a team sign up for the party food / deserts as well

- And just try to let us know in advance if you think you will have any difficulty
   attending the practice and/or game times
    (So we can plan accordingly and correctly set the game roster)
